Xiamen University (the conference venue) is famous for the “Most Beautiful University Campus in China”. It is located in the Science and Art Center, a landmark facility with a grand architectural style. Covering 20,000 square meters, it features five above-ground floors (with conference halls on Levels 1–3). The venue is fully equipped with advanced technology, including central air-conditioning, wired/wireless internet, and a wide range of meeting spaces including an 862-seat lecture hall, a 566-seat concert hall, and a 120-seat multifunctional hall.
Xiamen University’s Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, a pioneer in China's tourism education since 1989, offers comprehensive programs from undergraduate to postdoctoral levels, including Tourism Management (est. 1994) and Hotel Management (est. 2014), under the national key discipline of Business Administration. Xiamen University is just a 15-minute drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and about 10 minutes from Xiamen Railway Station. Public transport options are plentiful, including nearby metro and bus stations, and the upcoming Metro Line 3 will further improve access.

Located on the northwest side of Furong Lake within the Siming Campus of Xiamen University, the Yifu Building is a seven-story structure with a total floor area of 6,500 square meters. It serves as one of the main facilities of the university’s International Academic Exchange Center, offering both academic and accommodation functions. Yifu Building provides a range of on-campus lodging options including standard twin rooms, single rooms, and suites. Qunxian Hotel, also known as the Lin Wutong Building, is situated on the Xiamen University campus. It faces the historic Nanputuo Temple and is adjacent to the South Gate and the School of Management. As the teaching hotel affiliated with the School of Management, Qunxian Hotel offers a distinctive experience combining accommodation with the university’s cultural and academic ambiance.
